Where are you located?
We are proudly based in Berryville, Arkansas, where all orders are processed and shipped from.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on your location.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.
What payment methods do you accept?

What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
Accessories, sale items, and gift cards are final sale.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! If you’d like to exchange an item (for size, color, or a different product), simply email us. Exchanges follow the same requirements as returns.

We’re so sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be changed or canceled before they are processed.
